What it costs, how matching works, and what happens if something stalls.

Is it really free?

Signing up and browsing providers is free, no card required. You only pay for coordinated services or for the sessions you book with a provider. No membership fee to use the platform.

How does matching actually work?

Tell us what you’re facing. We point you to providers who fit: your needs, your situation, your availability, not just whoever has the next open slot. You choose from there. You’re always in the driver’s seat.

What if my provider isn’t the right fit?

It happens, and it’s okay. Say the word and we help you find someone who fits better. No awkward breakup, no starting from scratch. The whole point is that you don’t get stuck.

How is this different from a directory?

A directory hands you a list and walks away. We stay. Every connection, booking, and handoff, we follow up. If something stalls, we catch it.

What does “follow-through” actually mean?

It means the call comes. The referral lands. The next step doesn’t vanish into silence. If your care hits a snag, we notice and step in, instead of leaving you to chase it alone.

Is joining really free?

Yes. A verified directory listing costs nothing: get found, get listed, no card required. When you want the full toolkit (client management, payments, coordination), the membership is $55/month with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time.

How do clients get matched to me?

By fit, not by luck of the draw. We route people to you based on your specialty, your approach, and your availability. Motivated clients, aligned with how you work, not a first-come scramble.

Will FollowUp own my clients?

No. They’re yours. We handle the machinery, booking, coordination, the follow-up thread, so you can focus on the care. Your relationships stay your relationships.

What does the platform actually take off my plate?

The parts you dread. Intake, invoicing, no-show chasing, referral handoffs, the five open tabs. We hold the coordination so your evenings stay yours.

How is this different from just listing myself somewhere?

A listing gets you seen. FollowUp keeps the whole thing moving: matching, payments, secure messaging, and coordination across disciplines.

Can I set my own rates and hours?

Completely. Your services, your availability, your way of working. Clients self-book around what you set.

What exactly is Career Launch?

A twelve-week program where you work with real clients under supervision from day one, with a mentor in your corner and structured case reviews the whole way. Real experience, not more theory.

Do I really work with real clients?

Yes, from the start. No shadowing, no busywork. You do the work, with an experienced supervisor guiding every step, so you’re backed while you build confidence.

What do I walk away with?

Genuine case experience, a portfolio you can actually point to, a certificate of completion, an alumni network, and job-placement support. Proof you can do the work, because you already have.

How much does it cost?

$747.50, one time, which is 35% off the $1,150 price. Twelve weeks, mentorship included. And once you’re working, you keep up to 85% commission on every session and every client you support.

Is there any guarantee of work after?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee employment, but you won’t finish empty-handed. Once you complete the program, you have the option to transition directly onto the platform as a FollowUp provider, supporting people on a commission basis.

Prefer to go independent? You’ll have the experience and portfolio to do that, too. Either way, you leave job-ready, and the system needs more people like you.
