A New Path to Growth: Free Counselling and Community Support Through the Career Launch Program

At FollowUp, we believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate support, meaningful opportunities, and the resources they need to thrive. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Career Launch Program. A unique initiative designed not only to empower students and young professionals but also to provide those seeking mental health services with free access to community-based support.

For a limited time, clients can receive up to 2 months of free remote counselling, case management, advocacy, and resource navigation — all delivered through our online wellness and sustainability ecosystem, FollowUp.

What You’ll Receive

As part of the Career Launch Program, clients are paired with student professionals who are completing their practicum to provide personalized and compassionate support that meets you where you are.

You’ll have access to:

• Remote Counselling Sessions: Talk with empathetic listeners who understand life’s challenges and can help you navigate emotions, relationships, and goals.

   

• Case Management: Get one-on-one support to manage appointments, documentation, and ongoing care plans.

   

• Advocacy and Resource Navigation: Receive help connecting to community services, housing resources, employment supports, and wellness programs.

   

• Personal Growth Support: Explore your goals, challenges, and next steps in a safe, supportive environment.

All services are completely free for up to 2 months during our pilot phase — offering real help, real understanding, and real connection.

This program was built on FollowUp’s vision of creating a Health and Sustainability Ecosystem where people can heal, learn, and connect.
